  1. Saved us thousands!$$$

Posted by Unknown on 7th Dec 2015

We, too, have a sloping driveway and these dams and the related sand bag quick dams saved us thousands of dollars in water damage when we were hit hard by extreme/flooding rains that, in the past, flooded our entire basement.

  2. somethin That Works

Great product. I have a concrete stoop which is slightly slanted toward my from door causing water to lie against my wood trim. This product solves the problem. I do wish the product came in more colors...such as white or neutral. This would make them almost invisible.

  3. Quick Dam works

Posted by john on 17th Aug 2013

I have a sloped driveway and have always had a problem with heavy rains and water. Quick Dam help divert some of the water off to the side. When in use I did find however that you can not drive over it. Some one did and the seam split causing the water absorbing material inside to gush out and make the dam reusable again. I was able to salvage it and turn it into 2 pcs vs the 17 foot one I bought. I will say it does take a lot of time to dry out.

  4. Waiting for Rain Part 2

Also purchased the barriers (in conjunction with the sandbags)to place in front of the garage doors to keep the water out when the monsoons come and push water under the doors.

  5. It really works, buy it NOW!!!

I got the idea to buy this product from my son, after he saw it own DIY Cable Network. We live in northeast New Jersey. With a then upcoming tropical storm remnant approaching, I decided to give it a try. It worked just like stated on TV! Instead of having lots of water in my basement, there was none!
